Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day simple, hassle-free return policy on all domestic orders. All returns or exchanges require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to shipment.
To request an RGA, please contact us using the Contact Us form or email sales@alphacollectibles.com with your order details.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging
- Items must be packed exactly as received
- Opened items cannot be accepted
- Damaged items returned due to improper packaging are not eligible for a refund
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Alpha Collectibles
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
- Alpha Collectibles is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Fees & Refunds
- Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Original outbound shipping costs paid by Alpha Collectibles will be deducted from the refund
- Refunds are issued for the purchase price minus shipping and restocking fees
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packing orders; however, minor shifting during transit may occur, and very minor imperfections on models, while uncommon, can happen.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage
- Keep the original manufacturer box and shipping carton
Defective items may be returned for replacement of the identical item only.
Shipping Responsibility
- We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to an incorrect or outdated shipping address
If a package is returned because the customer was unavailable to sign for delivery, the original shipping fee is non-refundable
