PAYMENTS

Please be advised that all payment transactions are processed under our corporate name and will appear on your statement as Cascade industries Corp.

Due to the rise in credit card fraud, we will only ship to the verified address provided at checkout. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been placed.

SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. While UPS delivers approximately 99% of orders within the estimated timeframe, ground, 2-day, and 3-day air services are not guaranteed by UPS or by us to arrive on a specific date.

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, we will contact you once the item is received. You will have two options:

  • Pay the exact cost to reship the item to the corrected address, or
  • Receive a refund minus the exact return shipping fee charged to us by the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs delays. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by countries outside the United States.

PREORDER ITEMS

Payment for preorder (presale) items is collected at checkout. Preorder items will be clearly labeled with “PRESALE” in the title and will include an estimated ship date (ESD) provided by the manufacturer. Please note that delays may occur, as these dates are estimates only.

Orders containing both in-stock items and preorder items will be held until all items are available to ship. If you need in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.

PACKAGING, DAMAGE & RETURNS

We take great care in packaging your order using bubble wrap and 200 lb–rated boxes. However, items may shift during transit, which can cause parts to become loose or detached. We are not responsible for manufacturer imperfections, which are common with factory-produced models. Minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

In rare cases where a model is received defective beyond repair, we will gladly replace it. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please retain the original shipping carton and email us within 48 hours with photos so we may file a claim with the carrier.

All items must be returned in original condition, exactly as received, and in the original manufacturer packaging. Torn, scratched, or opened boxes will not be accepted for exchanges or refunds. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or international destinations are not covered by shipping carriers for damage claims.
