Welcome to the Alpha Collectibles Online Store. Use of the Alpha Collectibles Online Store is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using this site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Alpha Collectibles reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your payment will be charged or debited at the final step of the checkout process. You will not be charged prior to completing checkout and may cancel your order at any time before payment is submitted.

Shipping
Most orders ship within one to two business days of purchase. Orders are shipped via standard shipping unless otherwise specified. Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within seven (7) business days.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Alpha Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping or freight carriers.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped only once all items in the order are in stock, unless otherwise arranged.
Pricing & Errors
Alpha Collectibles makes every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, details, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If an error is discovered in the price of an item you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the order. A binding contract is formed only once payment has been approved and successfully processed by our payment provider.
